Yolanda De Iuliis was born in Ayrshire, Scotland but grew up with an Italian/Irish background. She has been traveling the globe for 10 years aiming to gain as much knowledge and experience as possible. De Iuliis’ passion for writing has always been a part of her, ever since she was a child. Published from The Lumphanan Press in 2015 was the first release by Yolanda De Iuliis, ‘Underneath my Soul’ which was 10 years work of poetry and showed this extraordinary girl turn into a woman through words. Now she wishes to show the world a life through her own one year memoir.
De Iuliis’ current academic venture is the Classical Studies discipline coinciding with Modern Greek. French and Greek philosophy’s have also been studied and observed to motivate her mind in producing different thoughts and ideas. They say words can only say so much and the passions of this mind go beyond what can be written. The love for poetry, philosophical thought and creating whenever possible is her reason to live and to exist in this beautiful world.
